Furnishing a home at Greenity
We build your furniture package around your Greenity floor plan, with interior design and a furniture plan that give each of the two or three bedrooms a clear purpose. Outdoor furniture is planned to suit your space, whether that is a smaller terrace, a large penthouse terrace or a ground floor garden. With the kitchen and appliances already fitted, we focus on the remaining furniture, lighting and everyday essentials. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. For a rental ready setup, we include linens for the bedrooms, towels for both bathrooms and kitchenware, so the home is equipped beyond the main furniture. We normally start planning about three months before key handover, once your timing is confirmed.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish Greenity’s smaller terraces compared with the large penthouse terraces?
- On a terrace of around 15 square metres, we would prioritise the way you will use it most, rather than squeeze in separate dining and lounging areas. On a 78 square metre penthouse terrace, we can plan distinct areas while keeping clear routes between them.
- My Greenity kitchen comes fitted with appliances. What else needs adding for guests?
- A fitted kitchen still needs cookware, crockery, glasses, cutlery and other everyday utensils. We source and put these in place as part of the rental ready setup, matching quantities to the number of guests you intend to host.
- How should I use the third bedroom if my Greenity home is for both holidays and rentals?
- We would first agree how many people you want to accommodate and what your own stays require. That helps us choose beds, storage and any workspace without crowding the room or making it awkward for guests.
