For your two bedroom apartment, we start with interior design and a furniture plan that makes practical use of the 86 square metres. Your furniture package can include terrace seating and dining, chosen around your own terrace dimensions rather than the development’s broad size range. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in Mijas to receive everything. If you intend to let the apartment, our rental ready setup covers both bedrooms and bathrooms, along with linens and kitchenware. With handover planned for Q2 2026, we would start about three months before your confirmed key date.
