What we would do here.

You already own the apartment. Our job starts after that: a room-by-room package, every item chosen for your unit, approved by you online, ordered, received and checked at our studio in Fuengirola, then delivered, assembled and styled in Los Pacos so the home is guest-ready and home-ready the day you walk in.

  • Furniture, lighting, kitchen kit, linen, towels, and the small things nobody remembers.
  • Deliveries handled at our studio, not at your door, so nothing waits on the pavement.
  • Every box opened, every item checked for damage before it reaches your apartment.
  • Installation, styling, and a full clean, so the first photo you take is the finished room.

About Artemisa

If you are preparing for your home at Artemisa in Los Pacos, the next job is to have it designed, furnished and ready for use after the expected Q4 2028 handover. Planning the rooms and terrace together will help you make the most of your particular layout, whether it is for your own stays, rentals or both.

Furnishing a home at Artemisa

At Artemisa, we would build your furniture package around the way you want to use the two or three bedrooms, with a separate plan for the terrace. A terrace of 10 square metres needs a different approach from the larger penthouse terraces, so we would choose outdoor pieces to suit your actual floor plan. The full height windows and the home's orientation would also guide furniture placement and window coverings. Qasalista handles interior design, sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. For a rental ready setup, we include linens and kitchenware alongside the main furniture. With handover expected in Q4 2028, we would start about three months before your confirmed key collection date.

Questions owners ask us

How would you furnish Artemisa's smaller terraces compared with the larger penthouse terraces?
On a smaller terrace, we would prioritise the seating or dining arrangement you will use most and leave space to move around. A larger penthouse terrace allows us to plan separate areas, based on its dimensions and how you intend to use it.
Will the full height windows affect the furniture and curtain plan?
Yes. We would consider your home's south, west or northeast orientation when choosing window coverings, then position furniture so it works with the glazing rather than obstructing it.
Can the furnishing be planned before Artemisa's Q4 2028 handover?
Yes, we would begin the design, furniture selection and purchasing plan about three months before your confirmed handover. Delivery and installation would be coordinated around access to the home, with key holding if you cannot be there.
