We would start planning around August 2026, about three months before your scheduled November handover. We design your furniture package around how you will use the three bedrooms, whether for family stays, guests or rentals. Inside, we plan furniture placement to keep the sea views open, while the terraces need their own balance of dining and lounging space. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, checking access between floors before ordering larger pieces. With key holding while you are abroad, we can oversee the work and complete a rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware, if you intend to let the home.
