Furnishing a home at Adagio
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q2 2028, developing an interior design and furniture plan for your particular Adagio layout. Your furniture package would suit your two or three bedrooms, with outdoor pieces chosen for your terrace, private garden or penthouse solarium. Where your home overlooks the communal pool or gardens, we would arrange the living space to keep those views open. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you plan to let the apartment in Cancelada, we can also complete the rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish an Adagio penthouse solarium or a larger ground floor terrace?
- We would plan the outdoor furniture around the space available and how you want to use it, such as dining or relaxing. The aim is to make it work with the indoor living area rather than treat it as a separate furnishing job.
- Can you plan all two or three bedrooms for both personal stays and rentals?
- Yes. We would agree the bed arrangements and storage for each room around your own use and your rental plans, then source the furniture and include linens in the rental ready setup.
- What can be organised before Adagio's Q2 2028 handover?
- Around three months before your confirmed key date, we can begin the design, furniture selection and purchasing plan. We would coordinate delivery, assembly and installation around access to your home, and hold the keys if you cannot be there.
